Dear Kinderton Village SF Homeowner,

Some residents have expressed concerns about the removal of trees on the new RISE Indoor Sports Complex property.  Attached is some information about the sports complex that will give some clarification.

The first attachment titled "Kinderton Village RISE Sports Complex map" shows the required 30 foot landscape buffer, specific plantings for the buffer and location of the non-paved easement so water and sewer lines can be maintained and to allow for emergency vehicles (Please note: this easement/assessment point will not be paved.)

The second attachment titled "Kinderton Village RISE Plat and Deeds'' is the plat for the complex and deeds for the property and easement.

Sincerely,
