Hello Kinderton Village Neighbors,
Earlier this week, your Master Board and Sub-Association Directors met with Robert Morgan from Homes Urban to receive a presentation of their proposed apartment complex. Our intent as your HOA representatives, was to obtain actionable information about the proposed development and how it might affect you, offer our concerns and request changes.

We will be trying to coordinate a survey to gather additional concerns and the desires of neighbors. Your respective HOA board of directors will continue to collect and distribute additional information on this topic.
IMPORTANT! YOUR individual energy and participation
with elected officials is KEY to help get CONCERNS listened to and questions answered.
The opportunity to influence how this land may ultimately be used, will occur in part during upcoming meetings with the town. Letting Town Council members know if you are against or for rezoning will further reinforce the collective opinions of our residents.
Residents showing up means we are concerned to elected officials.

The Bermuda Run Planning Board will consider the application to rezone.

The Planning Board may Approve / Deny / or Defer a decision on the request to rezone the property.

Bermuda Run Town Council Agenda Meeting will be held.
The Town Council at that time may vote to hold a public hearing on the issue of the rezoning request for Tuesday, May 10th at 6pm.
