The HOA is pleased to announce that our swimming pool will open for the 2015 season on Saturday, May 16. The season will end on Sunday, September 12. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We will also offer lap swimming from 6:00 - 8:00 a.m. The fee to add these hours to your pool pass is $10.00. Please check the box for Lap Swimming on the form and enclose your check for $10.00. If you signed up and paid $10 last year, you do not need to send another check.

New Construction: If your home is new construction, please indicate on the Registration Form. The first pool pass issued is of no charge to you.

Click here to review the Pool Rules. Then complete the Pool Registration Form to register for the season and return it to Priestley Management by May 4. Please remember to sign the Form. Keep in mind that HOA dues must be current before the pool card can be activated. If your dues are paid in full through April 2015, your pool pass for 2015 will be activated when we receive your Registration Form. If your dues are delinquent, it will be 30 days before we have another report and can activate your pool pass. A fee of $35 will be charged to reactivate the pass once your account is current. If you violate the pool rules, the pool pass may be deactivated for the remainder of the pool season.

Please note that any new or replacement card issued will be sent via certified mail. Please allow 7-10 days for this process.

The HOA is also pleased to announce that a pool attendant has been hired for the summer. The pool attendant will ensure that only Kinderton Village residents and their guests have access to the pool. Adult residents will be asked to show the pool attendant a photo ID. The name and address on the photo ID must match the information from your Pool Registration Form.
Tip: Make a copy of your valid ID and attach it to the pool pass!

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND SO THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY CAN ENJOY THE POOL DURING THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. WE WILL BE OUT OF THE OFFICE AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACTIVATE YOUR PASS OR TAKE YOUR REGISTRATION FORM TO THE POOL!
