The Kinderton Village Pool is located at 195 North Forke Drive
and is available for Kinderton Village residents during pool season.
The facility features a fenced in pool, large deck area, outdoor rinse station, men’s and women’s restrooms, bike rack, and on-site parking.
All pool expenses, including residential usage, are contained within monthly HOA dues.
There are no additional charges to residents for pool usage.
Access to the pool area is controlled by key card,
and is restricted to Kinderton Village residents and their guests.
Key cards are given to home owners at Home Settlement
by previous owner of home or by rental agency.

NO LIFE GUARDS ON DUTY:
Swimming is at your own risk and children should have adult supervision.
The Kinderton Pool policy is to help maintain pool safety
and a wonderful environment for all pool goers.
Please print a copy of pool policies yearly
to review with your household & guests.
Broken policies could result in
pool suspension & deactivation of Key Card.

SPECIAL 2021 POOL SEASON OPENING
Residents are expected to still following the 3 Ws: wait, wash and wear a mask.
Please ensure social distancing from those not in your family group.
The Pool capacity is limited to this year is the standard capacity which is 120 on deck.
A sign in sheet will be available at the gate. Please sign in when using the pool. We need to keep a record of attendance for any inspectors.
Automatic "no touch" soap dispensers in the bathrooms are installed.
The pool will be limited to residents only, no outside guests.
Residents will need to have their key card and present a photo ID and sign in.
No pool toys, noodles, kickboards, floats, balls will be allowed.
All of the above are being instituted to comply with regulations for public pools, consultation with our management company, legal advice and instructions from North Carolina Depart of Health and Human Services.
Please be tolerant and respectful of those using the facilities, we are literally in it together. As new regulations allow, the Board will ease the restrictions currently needed until we can return to normal operating times and capacity at the pool.
