2019 Budget Ratification Meeting Notice

Dear Kinderton Single-Family Homeowner,
The budget ratification meeting for Kinderton SF has been set for
Monday, January 7, 2018 at 6:30pm. 
Sign in will begin at 6:00pm. The meeting will be held at:

Hillsdale Baptist Church Sanctuary
4815 US Highway 158 Advance, NC

Our agenda will be:

• Welcome & Introduction of existing Board of Directors
• 2018 Goals and Accomplishments
• 2019 Budget Ratification
• Question & Answer Period.
  

Enclosed you will find a proxy statement which will allow someone to vote in your place in the event you are unable to attend the budget meeting. If you are unable to attend, please fill out the enclosed proxy statement and return to Cedar Management Group no later than December 7th, 2018 or send your proxy with a neighbor that will be attending.

The annual budget for Kinderton SF will be $235,620.00. Expense and reserve funding will total $235,620.00. Per NC State Law, the budget can be ratified without quorum. The budget is automatically ratified unless 51% of the homeowners vote to reject the budget. A copy of the budgetis included for your review.
