RE:             Annual Meeting February 18, 2019

This letter serves as notice of the Annual Meeting of the Kinderton Village Master Association.  The meeting will be held at 6:00 pm. on Monday, February 18, 2018 at the Win-Mock Main Garnery Barn,  168 East Kinderton Way, Bermuda Run, NC. Sign-in will start at 5:30 p.m. and the business meeting will start promptly at 6:00 p.m.  A summary agenda is enclosed.   

Purpose and Quorum:  The main purpose of the Annual Meeting is the election of Directors for the year.  Your designated representative will be casting the votes for your association. 

Election of Directors:  At this meeting three (3) directors will be elected to the Kinderton Village Master Board.   If you are interested in serving on the Board, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots.
