Kinderton Village Single Family Members,

There has been a request for Nominations to the Master Board. Due to a recent resignation, the Master Board of Directors is seeking to temporarily fill for one Master Board position. If you are interested in serving our community please consider submitting your name to the Kinderton Village Master Board for consideration.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. no later than September 19, 2023.  After receipt of volunteer requests, the Master Board will review submissions and approve 1 qualified candidate to serve as a temporary position until the next Master Association Annual meeting. At the annual meeting the Master Board will be taking nominations to fill the position till term date lasting through February 2027. If you wish you can nominate yourself to be one of the nominees for the full term at the 2024 Master Board Annual meeting.

Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Working familiarity with the Kinderton Village Restrictive Covenants.
• Regular review and response of correspondence relating to Master Board communication.
• Regular attendance at monthly and sometimes special meetings of the Board of Directors.
• Ability to work with a team to complete reviews for voting and documentation.
• Ability and desire to assist in project management for community planning.
• Review of budgets, bids, and contract proposals to determine approval, viability of project costs.
• Timely response to the President, Board Members or Management for approval/denial of completed requests.
