Kinderton Village Neighbors,

 

Yesterday at the Town Council Agenda Meeting (see attached) the Council voted in favor to call for a Public Hearing on the Homes Urban conditional rezoning request.

 

The first available date for the public hearing to be held is Tuesday, September 13th at the Town Council meeting.

 

Please add a reminder to your calendar and plan to attend if at all possible.

 

During the Citizens Comments portion of the meeting, I was given the opportunity to address the Council.

 

In my statement, I respectfully asked all Members to carefully consider and honor the many petitions, letters, and e-mails submitted not just from Kinderton residents but any Bermuda Run citizen who has vocally opposed the rezoning request.  As a representative of the Kinderton Master Board, my opinion expressed to the Council was the rezoning request is not only wrong for Kinderton, but unsuitable for the town overall.
