| Overall | Return furniture to the proper place. Place all trash in the outside garbage cans. Ensure that floors and hallways are free of debris. |
| Thermostat | You may adjust the Club Room temperature. Use the keys on the upper right of the thermostat to adjust the temperature. Be sure to return the thermostat to the proper setting when locking the Club Room. |
| Kitchen (if used) |
Place all trash in the outside garbage cans Replace the used trash bag with a new one (bags are under the sink cabinet). Clean floor and countertops. Clean the microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Remove all personal items from the refrigerator. |
| Bathroom | Make sure no faucets or toilets are running. |
| Spills | Should you have an accidental spill, notify Jean Mock when returning the keys. |
| Grills | Gas or charcoal grills may be used only on the grassy area outside the Club Room. ABSOLUTELY no grills may be used on the concrete pool pad area. |
| Access | The KV Club House is for the exclusive use of KV residents, their families and guests. In no instance shall a resident rent the Club Room for the use of a non-resident. Also, the Club Room may not be rented by a non-resident. |
| Keys | Club House keys can be obtained from Jean Mock upon receipt of the contract and payment of proper fees. Keys must be returned to Jean Mock immediately at the conclusion of each event. |
