RE: Annual Meeting February 18, 2020

This letter serves as notice of the Annual Meeting of the Kinderton Village Master Association. The meeting will be held at 6:00 pm. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Hillsdale Baptist Church 4815 US Hwy 158 Advance, NC 27006. Sign-in will start at 5:30 p,m. and the business meeting will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. A summary agenda is enclosed.

Purpose and Quorum: The main purpose of the Annual Meeting is the election of Directors for the year. Your designated representative will be casting the votes for your association.

Election of Directors: At this meeting three (2) directors will be elected to the Kinderton Village Master Board. Please feel free to nominate yourself. Each nominee will be asked to give a 2-3 minute speech describing why they would like to serve on the Master Board.
