Second Annual Meeting Notice

Dear Kinderton Village Singe Family Homeowner,

The first annual meeting of the Kinderton Village Single Family Homeowners was on January 30.
Quorum was not met. A second meeting is scheduled for:

Saturday, March 13th 1:00 at the clubhouse - outside
Check in will begin at 12:30. Please bring a chair.

The purpose of this meeting will be to elect new board members.
Quorum requirements are cut in half for this meeting.
If you have already submitted a proxy for the first meeting, you do not need to submit another one.

Items on the agenda are as follows:

- Nomination /Election of New Board members

- Question & Answer Period

- Adjournment

Enclosed you will find a Board of Directors ballot with board member candidates.
You can vote for up to three.
Also enclosed is aproxystatement which will allow someone to vote in your place
in the event you are unable to attend the meeting.
