The annual meetings for the Kinderton Village Master and Single Family associations were held February 2, 2015, at WinMock. Helen Kelly, the outgoing Master Association Board President, welcomed everyone and introduced Lee Rollins, Bermuda Run Town Manager. Lee outlined the town’s plans for the Greenway and answered questions from homeowners.

For two years in a row we've had a quorum, either in person or by proxy, of homeowners who are interested in the future of Kinderton Village Single Family.

New officers of The Master Association Board of Directors for 2015 are:

• Pat Russell, President
• Thomas Bongaerts, Vice President
• Jason Garms, Secretary
• Ron Morgan, Treasurer
• Craig Carter, Declarant Representative

Officers for the Single Family Board of Directors will be posted after the board meets.
